GOPHRAGE MACHINE:
Half product, firstly, is preheated by boiled oil cylinders. The product is heated by resistance group and it passes through designed cylinder group. After designed cylinder group, this product is made neutral by cooling. This process may change according to the different products. The design has the same ratio at all points in all production methods.

OPENER UNIT
Consist of pneumatic shaft, lock, and brake. It is made up two discharging station. While one is working, other one can be replaced. Both stations can turn around their own axis.

HEATER UNIT
Made of two boiling oil cylinders. Boiling cylinders, has two membran, are used to boil half product.

GOPHRAGE UNIT
Gophrage unit has resistance group for boiling products, design cylinder and rubber cylinder to design. All command boards of other units are placed in this unit. Gophrage cylinder can be changed easily by special tools and can be adjusted pricisicely.

COOLER UNIT
The designed product is cooled in this unit. It consists of two chrome covered cylinders. Importing and exporting of cooling water are done from the same place.

COLLECTOR UNIT
It has the same properties with the opener unit. Collecting unit has side control system to envelope product without slopping. It works completely by this system.
